About Us

Neurosport Rehabilitation Associates is a privately owned physical therapy practice specializing in both outpatient and home health care services. We offer sports medicine, neurological, spine and general orthopaedic services in all of our East Bay clinics, and can bring these specialties directly to the home if prescribed by your physician.

We are also a member of leading organizations in the physical therapy field, including the American Physical Therapy Association, the California Independent Practice Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers Association. Additionally, we are affiliated with The North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and host continuing education classes for our Therapists along with other Physical Therapists throughout the country.





Whether seeking treatment for an athletic, motor vehicle, or work-related injury, we have the expertise to make a positive change in many situations. Each of our offices is staffed with a Clinical Manager dedicated to handling and resolving issues and concerns because we want each of our patients to have the best experience possible.
